Jess Kill

Hi, I’m Jess. I started working for Hampshire SENDIASS in November 2025. I am a SENDIASS Advisor based in Hampshire but also cover the Isle of Wight and Richmond and Kingston.

My background is in social work in a range of roles, from working as an appropriate adult at police stations, to advocating for patients on psychiatric wards, to formulating care plans in community settings.

My interest in working in SEN was sparked through my personal experience of navigating my son’s education, both in school and later as a home educating parent, (an experience that was both extremely challenging and very rewarding!)

I have a passion to help families find their pathway through a system that can feel complicated and stressful – I look forward to being able to offer you impartial information and advice.
